The Happiness Challenge

Beginning week 2, UCLA will be hosting The Happiness Challenge! 

The challenge describes itself as a “collection of 8 habits that research shows make most people happier, including sleep, altruism, good eats, and the like. The challenge is simply to try each habit for one week. Chances are, it’ll make you feel awesome.””

Active Minds, along with other organizations on campus, will be joining in this challenge, hosting a theme and corresponding events to help you accomplish the week’s goals.

Active Minds is sponsoring the “journaling” week during Week 7.

For accomplishing the tasks/goals of each week, participants are eligible for PRIZES!
